What’s one hobby you’d love to get into?
I love anything to do with dancing! It would be a dream to go see a taping of "Dancing with the Stars"! So, maybe my next hobby will be to get into Ballroom or HipHop dancing.
What’s one professional achievement you are most proud of?
I took a chance and changed careers. I came to the telecom industry 2 years ago as “green” as they come. I actually needed to be told what POTS was! 😊 It took a minute but I’m confident in my knowledge of the industry and quoting skills.
What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Don’t procrastinate! Make Lists. Work quotes 1st in 1st out, from beginning to end. You never know what quote is coming next so no time to forget the intricate quoting details you are working now. As a Partner Experience Manager, it is my job to help the partners and our Channel managers start to finish!
What’s the biggest misconception people have about your position?
That getting quotes back in 15 minutes is normal. Nope that is just my superpower lol. Seriously, I think the biggest misconception is that quoting is easy and straight forward but in reality, it is complex and ever changing.
What do you do outside work to unwind?
I enjoy working in my garden, nothing better than cooking with what you grew. Hiking with friends. Going on random car adventures with my husband, never know where we are going but always have fun when we get there.
