What gets you up in the morning for a successful work day?
Helping others succeed at what they do. My entire life, I prefer team success to individual success. Team wins vs. personal achievement.
What’s do you think is your best quality?
Positivity. I grew up a huge fan of the Boston Red Sox, and in spite of decades of sometimes catastrophic failure, our mantra was “there is always next year”, then 2004 changed everything. I bring that positivity with me in everything I do and believe even if the current moment may disappoint, great success is coming soon.
What advice would you give to your teenage self?
Be nimble and avoid stubbornness. The worst mistakes I made early on were when I was unwilling to make change when it was called for. Looking back, the greatest choices of my life were when I forced change in spite of discomfort and took more chances
What's your favorite holiday and why?
Thanksgiving. My favorite moment every year is sitting down at a big table, surrounded by friends and family, with a beautiful meal in front of me, and taking a moment to appreciate all the wonderful gifts this world has given me. And turkey, pumpkin pie and football are pretty great too.
What are you most excited about for the future of Fusion Connect?
Coming back around full circle, surprising and delighting our partners. Reaffirming to them as often as possible that they made the right decision investing in our partnership, and winning right along side them. This company is changing the game with their total focus on customer success, and I am thrilled to be a part of that.
