How can companies stay secure after a digital acceleration?

What energizes you at work?
I absolutely get joy out of finding the right solution for my partner, and being able to solve a problem they could not otherwise solve. I love a good friendly competition, too and I LOVE chatting with my colleagues about how to see endless success in our roles. I am inspired by people and feel very grateful to be in a community where we are all supporting each other to succeed.
What is a peace of advise you could give to someone looking to start in the industry?
A piece of advice I would give someone looking to start in the industry is meet as many people as you can. There is always something you can learn from others in this industry, competitors or not. I have found peoples willingness to help is refreshing and it will only help you long term. You never know who you’re going to work with, or work for. And ALWAYS ask for help if you’re confused. There is a lot to learn in this industry and it’s important to ask questions.
What is one kind of hobby you would love to get into?
I wish I was creative and could draw, or paint. My dad is extremely artistic and have always been envious of his skillset!
What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?
On the weekends you’ll find me out with friends or family – if I am not traveling. I love weekend getaways, and am an avid concert goer. I will chase a good artist just about anywhere around the country!
